Refund policy

You may return any full-priced and unused products from UNORTHODOX within 14 days from the date you received your order in case of faulty items. Refunds are only applied to unused and full-priced items (excluding the customized or monogrammed products) with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs, taxes and duties for returning the product are non-refundable.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued to the original form of payment method. UNORTHODOX reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the returns and refund policy.
