SHIPPING
UNORTHODOX products are made-to-order. We shall aim to deliver the bag within 2-3 weeks from the date of the order while the customized/ bespoke products may take 6-9 weeks due to longer manufacturing time. The delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and we reserve the right to amend the delivery time as necessary.
Once your order is completed, inspected by our craftsmen and shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for delivery.
We will try our best to keep you informed and to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer a free complimentary shipping on all orders in Hong Kong area. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer a free complimentary international shipping on all orders over HKD 4,000. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or any other fees incurred when shipment arrives. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.

You may return any full-priced and unused products from UNORTHODOX within 14 days from the date you received your order in case of faulty items. Refunds are only applied to unused and full-priced items (excluding the customized or monogrammed products) with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging. Customized or bespoke items are non-refundable once the order has confirmed and production progress has begun.
Shipping costs, taxes and duties for returning the product are non-refundable.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued to the original form of payment method. UNORTHODOX reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the returns and refund policy.
