ORDER ISSUES

How long will it take to process my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders (except the customized bags) within 48 hours, but during exceptionally busy periods (eg. Christmas) there may be a slight delay. If you are ordering for international delivery we can’t be responsible for delays caused by couriers.

For the order of customized bag, we shall aim to deliver the bag within 2-3 weeks upon the acceptance of order from the date your payment is received. However, the delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and we reserve the right to amend the delivery time if necessary.

How can I be sure for the materials & colors?

Hesitant in term of which color and leather to choose? You can order our leather swatches for free to wipe off your doubts and have a touch to our premium leather. For swatch sample, please contact us.

How do i custom a perfect bag?


You can build a bag with our exist models and have an instant preview on website. If you have any doubts on your colour choice or the materials, you can reach our team for discussion via contact us.

What if I have my own bag design?

Don't worry if our existing bag models do not fit your wants. We have a professional manufacturing team to assist and provide help to unleash your creativity and build a piece that’s completely bespoke for you. Please send your bag idea and discuss with our team via contact us. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How do I track my order?

When your order items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so that you can monitor your delivery until the arrival.

Where do you ship and how much is the shipping cost?

We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or any other fees incurred when shipment arrives.

WARRANTY AND CARE

How can i clean and keep my bag?

Daily

You may do a quick cleaning everyday by sweeping your leather bag, with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.

Remember to stuff your bag with parchment paper (but not newspaper, as it will smear) to restore and hold its shape before placing the bag into the dust bag.

Once or twice a year

Leather will dry out over time depending on the humidity in your climate, you may apply the leather conditioner to a soft cloth and gently rub over the entire bag to prevent flaking and wrinkling.

Do you guarantee my bag?

All of our bag are covered by a one-year guarantee on parts and operation. In the event of warranty repair, we will fix or replace parts as needed free of charge (excluding shipping costs). Please visit Warranty & Repairs for more details.

Do you offer any repairing service?

We offer a complimentary repair service within 12 months from the day you purchased the products. If you have had your product being used or worn for more than 12 months, then we will assess the work and costs that required.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to exchanges & repairing. Unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
