Our comprehensive product coverage is reflective of our commitment to our consumer’s ongoing satisfaction. All of our bag are covered by a one-year guarantee on parts and operation. In the event of warranty repair, we will fix or replace parts as needed free of charge (excluding shipping costs). This warranty applies to models purchased via our website, pop-up events, and/or store purchases. Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag (such as scratches or stained fabrics). Any damage to, loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.

Coverage

Our one-year warranty covers usage under standard conditions and does not apply to impact-related damage, misuse, or exposure to extreme elements or moisture.

Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, usual wear and tear*, cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the bag, and accidental damage. Any damage to or loss of contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.

*Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Usual wear and tear not covered by the lifetime warranty includes changes in color, abrasions, and general breakdown of materials over time. Some examples of common wear and tear include color fading from sun exposure, worn elastic, and fabric wear, especially in high wear areas such as corners, reflective binding, worn shoulder or back padding.

Shipping

When shipping back a watch for warranty work or return, it is recommended that the customer purchase postal insurance to cover the full value. We will not be responsible for the item if it is lost during shipment. Likewise we are not liable for unforeseen import duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be incurred during cross-border shipments.

Repairing
