Shipping policy

UNORTHODOX products are made-to-order. We shall aim to deliver the bag within 2-3 weeks from the date of the order while the customized products may take 4-6weeks due to longer manufacturing time. The delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and we reserve the right to amend the delivery time as necessary.

Once your order is completed, inspected by our craftsmen and shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for delivery.

We will try our best to keep you informed and to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer a free complimentary shipping on all orders in Hong Kong area. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer a free complimentary international shipping on all orders over HKD 4,000. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or any other fees incurred when shipment arrives. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.
